Life Update
Stuff That's Happened:
- I graduated from university with a 2:1 BA (Hons) History and English. I still haven't received my certificate yet but, hey, Brian May was there!
- Despite having applied for 40+ jobs, I'm still unemployed.
- I have had the worst time with the Jobcentre. I've been trying to claim Jobseeker's Allowance since the day after my graduation (which was over two months ago) and I still haven't received anything. First they assessed me for the wrong type (and then tried to blame me for it), then I got pushed from place to place trying to find the right form to correct that. The latest thing is that they're saying they won't give me anything because I didn't show up when they were reassessing my claim - when the man I spoke to there told me he didn't know whether I should keep coming and didn't bother signing my form to say I'd been there that day.
- I turned 22.
- I developed soul consuming minor obsessions with Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age. Damn you, BioWare! It was my Knights of the Old Republic addiction all over again.
