In the last week, I've seen Actor Guy every other day, as well as both days of the weekend. I spent the night at his place Saturday night, and in the morning he had me sleep in while he exercised his dogs. He woke me up to tell me that he'd made us breakfast. Here's a happy thing: my company gave us Good Friday off as a holiday, and on Thursday, President Obama was in town and was going to be on the company property for an event. It was a blue moon on New Year's Eve...the most gorgeous, luminous thing in the sky that night, and a fitting way to end the year and the decade. And 01/02/2010 is a palindrome -- same written backwards and forwards. The last one was back in October of 2001 (10/02/2001) The next palindromic date will be in November of next year (11/02/2011). When I got back from Dallas last week I discovered my neighbors had moved. They're the only ones I know on a first-name, say-hello-when-you-see-each-other sort of basis, which is vital when you share walls (particularly the master bedroom walls).
