Though the large stacks of books gathered around on the table would indicate Atem was reading or researching something, or even maybe studying, he wasn't really doing any such thing. In fact, he was doing quite the opposite; he was half asleep as he looked over the pages, not really taking in any of the information.
Sighing in annoyance, he shut the book he was attempting to decipher and set it on top of one of the stacks. Gathering up his notes, Atem decided that he was going to get nothing done at the moment, at least not here. Now he had to decide if he wanted to go find something else to do... Or if he wanted to try his luck in the dangerous books floor. He was quite tempted by the latter.
