This is going to be awfully short, because I need to rush home, but I just wanted to let you know that I had a blast in Pakistan and am safely home. My kids are hilarious. I usually spend a good amount of time in class laughing my head off. I’m not sure how productive it is, but they crack me up. It’s funny what they pick up and mimic. I’m learning that I use quite a bit of slang in my speech. I’m trying to curb it so that they learn proper English, but it’s a bit late. For example, we ( Read more... )

Spring break this year was amazing. I really enjoyed being in Dubai. I wouldn't want to live there, but it's a great place to escape to, especially if you've been in K-town for a while. This weekend was jam-packed with stuff to do. It wasn't supposed to be, but that's how it worked out and it was pretty cool. Wednesday was Ryan's 29th birthday and so we ladies planned dinner at home with a movie, courtesy of David's projector. (Jess, we watched Bourne Supremacy.)
