The Immortal and "The Girl in Question"
So, last week, I took one of Gabs' polls, and the subject of the Immortal came up. I was asked why I thought he was a vampire, and I said:
"It just seems most feasible. Vampires look the closest to humans of the demons that are shown from either series, and it's highly doubtful a being that old could be a half breed like Doyle. In addition to that, the only time a vampire IIRC is seen consorting with a non vampire (because of the stigma between vampires and more pure demons) is Drusilla, and of course Spike and Angel. So to me, the question becomes why not think he was a vampire."
I can't recall, but awhile back, somewhere, someone was making the argument that he wasn't a vampire, and I remembered thinking why would anyone think that, and that the idea of it never occurred to me. But after thinking about it, I still think that he was.
