Damn I got cold. Didn't go out to doctors. Canceled and stayed home in my warm bed.
7 inches of snow day before so blinding sun and cold to boot.

Reading and relaxing.

Cold Cucumber Salad

2 cucumbers
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Freshly ground black pepper

Peel and slice the cucumbers and put them in a glass bowl.

I think thats how you spell it.  Anyway what you call palenta is what we call grits.
Tell me again what it is made from or comes from pet. Below is a great recipe for grits and possibly palenta if they are somewhat the same thing.
