A great recipe

This recipe is great with cold sandwiches or with grilled meats. Hell I like it by itself . LOL

Evaughn's Pasta Salad

1 pkg Tri Colored Routilini

2 heads broccoli

1/2 head of cauliflower

1 carrot

3 large bottles Buttermilk Ranch dressing

1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Boil Routilini per directions. Rinse with cold water to stop it from cooking, keeping it a bit andante.

Prepare broccoli and cauliflower by chopping fine. Use blender or chopper. Can cut in small pieces with knife but takes longer. Shred carrot with grater.

Mix mayonnaise in pasta. Gently or curls will uncurl. Add broccoli, carrot and cauliflower. Toss gently. Add two jars dressing and toss till covered. Needs to be soupy add 3rd bottle if not creamy enough after refrigeration. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Pasta will absorb dressing. If to thick you can add more Dressing at this time.

Keep refrigerated. Makes approx 1 1/2 gallons.
