Trigger warning. I'm too sleep-deprived right now to add much in the way of original commentary. Other than that (a) the fact that one has done sex work before does not mean one should thus be "up for anything," because there's no such thing as permanent consent; (b) there's no proof Wilkinson "shopped her tape around," but if she did, at least she gets some recompense for having been bullied into sex; and (c)
what she said:This post isnt just about Kendra Wilkinson, but about all young women who are victims of being coerced into doing things they don't want to do. Which is common even among the strongest of women.
I hope you never have daughters that come to you feeling sexually used by a man. Scratch that, I hope you never have daughters, period.
And what
this person said, too. Which goes back to
Fugitivus' excellent post which IMO can't be linked to enough. You want women to "take responsibility" for not being abused? Fight for a society that doesn't teach girls to
"keep sweet" no matter what's done to them, and call them "uppity" and "difficult" and "bitches" when they refuse. And teach your goddamn sons to have some respect for women's personal boundaries.
Also, anyone who wants to argue with me about "personal responsibility" or spout evo-psych nonsense about teenage girls being attracted to much older men can GTFO. Really. I have too many people on my list who've been raped and abused and I don't give a shit about "being open-minded" on a subject like this so that you can JAQ off, or flaunt any "I'm so much stronger and smarter than those weak-minded sluts" moral superiority, at their expense.
Unlocked.
