Is it possible to cheat on your boyfriend with your boyfriend?
Ray shaved his face yesterday - took off the goatee and the mustache. This is the first time he’s shaved it off since we’ve been together. He looks like…well, a naked mole rat comes to mind. Or his brother. A lot like his brother, actually, except his brother has hair on most of his head and Ray shaves all that off too. If I’d seen him on the street I might not have recognized him. For that matter, if I hadn’t watched him do it I might not have recognized him in our living room. His whole face looks different; eyes, nose, chin…it’s disturbing. I did some quick counting last night; it’s been almost 12 years since I kissed a man with no facial hair. And I will quite happily go another dozen or so years without it again. For a man, sexy involves facial hair. Period. If I want to kiss someone hairless I’ll kiss girls. *sigh* It’ll grow back in a week or two and then this stranger will be gone and my Ray will return. In the meantime I can’t quite shake this feeling of unease when I kiss him. It just feels wrong.
