At people I don't know who don't even read my journal. But I'm going to rant about it anyway.
I realize that in a polyamorous relationship the primaries should come first. I realize the 2 of you are each other's primary and she's his secondary. I got that part. But guess what? SHE'S THE ONE THAT JUST HAD SURGERY TO REMOVE AN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY! Yes, her, the secondary. Sure, the pregnancy was unplanned, unwanted and the result of a lack of planning and common sense on the part of both people involved. Doesn't change the fact that it happened and it ended about as badly as a pregnancy can.
So you - man-person: Accept your share of the responsibility. When a woman tells you she's not on the Pill that means condoms until further notice. You are at least equally responsible and your screw up could have killed her. Now get off your ass and comfort the woman who just lost your child. And you - woman-person: Quit playing pity-poor-me-my-husband-impregnated-someone. This is not about you. It's about her and to some extent him. Not you. Not this time. Not right now. Get over yourself and realize that as long as you live in a situation where your husband has sex with women other than yourself the possibility for one of them to turn up pregnant exists. Deal with it.
