Well that's it...
The House. I think the sellers need a new real esate person. We offered over property value and with maybe them doing 15K worth of work and guess what the answer was, NO and no other counter. This makes me so sad I am actually heartbroken, this is seriously my dream house in a good neighborhood. I won't find this type of house again, a drive around our neighborhood shows that. This house was built when no other houses were around it, it was an oasis for those owners and it is still an oasis today. I know what will happen a developer will buy it, it's a two lot parcel and they will build 2 mammoth skinny houses and judging from the house across the street get 900K to 1 million for each. Our agents will watch it, we are sleeping on it this weekend I dont want to pay the full offer price it's too much with nothing fixed oh wait the furnance...crushed. But I still have an ounce of hope. :)(
