I've begun dreading those words my department director writes on the grease board in our gym. Not all of them, just the ones that hale a staff meeting. It means there are more changes coming. Seriously, folks, a nice job has been turned into a very stressful place to be. And I think it will get worse. Aaaack!!!

It's warming up here in Mississippi a little, but it's still not Spring.  I still have to cover the plants that are still alive at night to protect them from below freezing weather, but they do smile when I let them see the sunlight.
