I've begun dreading those words my department director writes on the grease board in our gym. Not all of them, just the ones that hale a staff meeting. It means there are more changes coming. Seriously, folks, a nice job has been turned into a very stressful place to be. And I think it will get worse. Aaaack!!!

Lots of changes going on at work this past month and a half, requiring a lot of not very fun paper work and some suspense regarding salaries, rules, getting it all done, plus our regular work.  While the changes did not occur in a very  up front way, which made many of us more suspicious and worried, it looks like it will mostly all work out.  Now ( Read more... )
