E & I went to church this morning for the first time in years. We chose a local, non-denominational family friendly community church to start with. We plan trying several different churches to find the best "fit" for us. This first church was friendly, not too intense and had lots of singing. You know, the internet is a scary place for potential worry wort parents like me. I have an innate desire to protect Alice from all the dirt and germs and bad things in the world, but I reign it in (mostly) because I know that it's not good for her if I'm overprotective. She needs to be allowed to explore her world without me going into a panic.

Thirteen worries on my mind

1. Nappies, Nappies, Nappies
   I am still trying to work out how we will manage having two kids in nappies. We obviously want to continue using cloth, but in buying Alice's set we hadn't anticipated having two in nappies at the same time.
