Now the County Council are charging for the late bus. Apparently we should have recieved a letter- guess what?
Back on the phone but I suspect it will be of little use,I'm waiting for the person at the County Council to arrive at work (at 10am) left a message with my local councillor, I'll start writing letters later.
at least by this time next year she will leaving.
