Yesterday I received a notice that our company (comprised of animal_co  and myself) was out of compliance because I had failed to file an Annual Report.  Of course, I never got the notice to do so in the first place, or I would have done it.

So I go to the state website to fix this, and find that it is only a verification that we still are running a company ( Read more... )
