When I wasn't at my job I was either fighting with yarn or on my exercise bike (or asleep). You know that song I fought the law and the law won? Well, that's how my week went, I fought with yarn and the yarn won. I'm working on the
Davis Blanket and had a hell of a time with the second quadrant. I had to restart it three times and I'm still not sure my decreases are in exactly the right spot. Because I spent so much time knitting there was no time to work on cat beds. Oh well, it isn't as if I have any deadlines looming. This is doubly good as I'm looking forward to starting my very next project as I've decided to knit myself a witch's hat. I may have missed wearing it this Halloween but I don't care, I want one and October will roll around again.
In mom news, she got together with her Red Hat friends and had such a good time she actually called me twice to tell me about it. And that was after the first time when I called her.
In Jebra's folks news, they are now safely down in Indiana at their Winter digs.
