I understand the appeal
of posting vague and mysterious tweets.
I used to wonder why people did that, if they do not want others to know the full picture, than why post at all in the first place? But I now know why - it is a form of catharsis, like expelling a prevalent emotion that has been bubbling up inside you, at the same time not revealing enough details to get yourself incriminated, and it also feels as if you have sort of addressed the person you want to say it to but will never do so directly.
