Art Hour, this morning, The Boy sat still long enough for me to do a quick drawing of his handsome face. It's not the greatest likeness ever; I had about thirty minutes and would have liked to have worked on the eyes a little more. I did a little sketching tonight, during the business meeting. It's a terrible likeness because the person I was sketching had no idea I was sketching her and I kept having to pretend I wasn't staring at her. Plus, she was moving around. So, yeah... but I like the sketch.

I'm kind of excited; out of the blue, over on FB, on the 'Ask The Laurels' list, a couple of people indicated that they were wandering along the same path I am regarding painting in the early 1500s.
