Hmmmm...

Well, I've had a pretty busy weekend! It's been good. The whole week aka "week in review" was not too bad either.
Got a fair bit of work done, and really made a lot of progress, especially with one of my projects where I had an extremely colourful meeting with what essentially will become the competition in one of my new projects, although without giving too many specifics, I have essentially laughed it off and have already came up with strategies to overcome the threat to the project.
Ironically one important aspect of the problem, essentially has been given a bit of a push in the right direction, simply by me being at the right place at the right time, it's funny how fate works.
Anyway, the weekend! Friday I was thinking about just staying home and drinking, then I realised that I just had to go out regardless, I mean it's Friday night, so yeah, I went out and saw Ocean's 12 at the movies and I really liked it, it was good. Hard to say whether is was as good or better than Oceans 11, I dunno, I think maybe Oceans 11 is better, the plot was a bit more complex and all over the place in Ocean's 12, there was more character development etc, although being a sequel I guess you really don't need to develop the characters that much(Although I'm sure Peter Jackson would disagree).
Anyway, so satty wasen't too bad, washed the car and had a semi cruisy kind of day, practiced golf with my sis's bf josh, then randomly went out to my sisters dance preformance which ended up being very much worth it, very entertaining, especially for a single guy like myself, lol.
Sunday, i.e. today was my longest Sunday in a while, I got up at 5:30am to head off to byron to play golf with my uncle and pop (as well as Josh), played alright, definetely not my best game. The most interesting highlight was Josh, being a debetic and having nothing to eat for breakfast, experienced a low on the golf course with 3 holes to go. It's the first time I've seen a diabetic having a low sugar episode. It reminded me of myself when I'm extremely drunk, lol. Anyway, so after that we went to maccas to refuel him up with sugar, and then later that arvo, my sis and bf wanted to go to lake ainsworth for a swim, which I thought was a not bad idea because it was bloody hot and yeah, we all went and once again it was another good idea, saw a few extremely attractive girls, two of which my sister knew, lol, which was good, unfortunately beyond a "hi" etc I didn't get a real chance to talk to them. Great eye candy but, lol.
So anyway, my weekend was busy, eventful and good.
This week has a couple of challenges in store, but it's really a matter of wait and see, the year is coming to an end, and although I have goals and specific things I need to achieve, I'm putting a little bit more of my life into fates hands for the end of this month, I mean, life goes on, and Janurary has now historically been the month where I shift into overdrive and really make magic happen. Not to say I won't do what I can this month, but I think at the same note I shouldn't be too worried about things turning out perfectly in december.
So it's the nintendo philosphy for this coming week, as I sometimes say" Work hard, but in the end it's in heaven's hand.".
