I did 15 minutes of warm-up cardio on the elliptical tonight. Then I got on the treadmill and did 2.5 miles in 26 minutes flat. I was so proud of myself. And that was not just plain flat treadmill, I knocked the elevation up to be about where running outside is and ran it like that. I felt so good, my knees were so shot afterwards but damn it was awesome. Then I some really minor lifting and stretched. AHHH I felt so great. I was going to quit running at 1 mile, and then at 1.5 and then at 2 and at 2 I was just like well hell I'm almost to 2.5 lets go biatches! My goal is to be running 4 by next friday. I think depending on what time I go to bed tonight, I may even go work out again tomorrow morning early and then after soccer tomorrow night, I've become obsessed. Its like a drug. A very powerful drug. I hope my soccer team won tonight. I couldn't make it to the game. God I hurt right now but its that awesome wow I'm looking great hurt. I'm down to 172. I weighed myself at the gym. My goal for next friday is 165. If I get to 165 by next friday then when I'm down in Btown that weekend I can drink. And if I fit into a size 12 I can buy a new pair of jeans and damn will I look awesome in the jeans I have now. WooHoo for me! So goals for the rest of this week up until Friday the 23rd:
1. Weight down to 165
2. Size 12 down from my current 14
3. Running 4 miles 5 times a week
4. No more pop and no alcohol till the 23rd when I weigh 165
