I'm looking for a little more life in my week
* It was a good long weekend, overall, not counting the tragic death. Which, you know, kinda puts a damper on everything.
Hearing about Lewis Collins was hard enough, as an old Pros fan. Add Paul Walker, so young and in the middle of his career, and it just felt...wow.
I feel like watching All the Things right now.
* On much less serious but far more happy note, at least for me, I not only broke the 1000-word mark, but have a very rough draft of my Yuletide story finally! Which I put down and walked away from last night, then started to think of how I could make it MORE. We'll see what I come up with by the end of the week, but I intend to get it to beta, at the very least, by Sunday, one way or another.
* Good progress on my afghan for FandomAid, I am happy to say. I also got another request for a scarf, which I was rather nerdily happy to hear I am waiting on the color choice, as she wants it in whatever the Pantone Color of 2014 will be. :-)
* FINALLY, the official air date for Sherlock series 3 in the UK.
* Almost Human is hitting so many happy buttons for me! So is Grimm, which if they can keep doing their dinner parties/coffee klatch/bull sessions, I will be happy for the rest of the season.
* Still didn't watch PoI, since I was holding it this weekend as a reward for getting shit done. Then didn't get much of anything done until last night. Okay, fine.
