Do any of you pre-emptively spray air freshener before you sit on the pot?

The burger I ate last night had jalapenos on it. The jalapenos were spicier than they usually are. In fact, I had to have two glasses of milk to be able to finish the burger.

I knew I was going to pay for it this morning. This is basically how I feel right now:

I had broccoli last night. I love broccoli! This morning, I cut back on my fiber supplement by 20% so hopefully that will help to lessen my gastrointestinal eruptions.

Gas is back. It may be time to invest in some Gas-X. X_x

I'm hella gassy right now. This room does not smell pleasant.
