I'm still sick. My throat is on fire and I have no energy. I slept 9 hours last night and just woke up from a 3 hour nap. On the plus side, I had already determined I would take today off of work to go to the doctor for my shoulder, so that was nice. And I get to sit around tomorrow and watch TV! I think I may have food poisoning. That or the pesto cream sauce on my pasta at dinner with my family had chicken broth in it. I haven't had meat in over a year, and my body can't digest it any more. I have spent the last three hours feeling like I'm going to throw up.

1. Last night/this morning, I went to sleep on the couch at 4:45am. I woke up just after 9:00am and continued working to fix my computer. I think/hope/pray that it's all cleared up now.
