Wanda has very mixed feelings about Toad, but the truth is he's never been mean to her and THAT makes him nearly unique. So she decided to come to wish him a happy birthday.

Anyway, she looooooooooooooooooves parties!!

Wanda walks in as if she expects they are waiting for her. She grins, holding a brightly wrapped gift high and looks for friends (or hotties to add to her To Date List).

"WANDA-KINS!" Toad cries out excitedly, and he hops over to where she is standing. "I can't believe you came, I'm so happy you did! And, look at you. You don't look like you've aged a bit since I met you all those years ago!" He laughs good-naturedly.

"Hihi, Toady!! Happy birthday." She thrusts the gift in his face. "I didn't know what to get you so you havta wish for something when you open it, okay?!?!"

She hasn't aged...this is what happens when you can't remember your own birthday and your twin brother disappears.

"Okay!"

What Toad really wished for was for Pyro to come back to the Brotherhood soon. For whatever that needed for that to happen, to just bloody happen already. But he really, really wished that Pyro and Doug would just bloody break up already!

But he didn't think that Wanda would approve of such wishes, so. "I'll open it later, after I have a good time to think about what I want! Okay?"

He knew about her age thing, he just thought it impolite to bring it up. "You look marvelous, darling. I hear you're at the Mansion. How's that going for you?"

And he almost keeps the scorn out of his voice. Almost.

Wanda nods. Nobody ever wants to open them in front of her.

"Okay!!" She smiles and twirls. "It's SUPER. Really, really, really!!"

The rift between the Brotherhood and the X-Men matters very little to Wanda. She barely even notices.

"Well, that sounds fantastic!" Toad says. "What are you doing there, going to school?"

Toad thinks he is being very very good by not blatantly hitting on Wanda. But that's only because she looks so much younger, though he knows she's so much older. Still. He gives himself brownie points for good behaviour.

"Hey, you want a drink? Doombot!" he yells out. He grins at her. "Booze is free tonight!"

Machi was looking around for friendly faces when she felt an aura of power close by. "Stupid aura sensitivity..." Machi muttered under her breath. She looked towards the source of the aura. Machi gasped at who she saw.

Walking towards the girl, Machi greeted the Wanda. "Hello Miss Maximoff. I'm not sure if you remember me but I'm Machi Kuragi. I... was at your holiday party? How are you doing?"
