Vegan Day 5

What can I say, I clearly suck at coming up with breakfast. So yup, I skipped it again.
Lunch:
Soba noodles with veggies and nutritional yeast instead of cheese. Seasoned, but still turned out pretty bland.

Dinner:
Grilled brusell sprouts, asparagus and cashews with a tofu based black bean dip sauce. Was actually very tasty overall.

Went grocery shopping-and could finally justify buying Vans breakfast waffles. We haven't had a toaster but one of our wedding gifts was a toaster oven, so despite it being processed, hurray! I haven't these in about 12 years, but I used to love them. So breakfast for Day 6!
