Today it is raining. I have strep throat. Suck! Ha. Oh well, it doesn't matter too much. I feel bad because I've had to miss two days of work (if not more!). I know I haven't actually posted in a long time. I guess I just haven't felt like I've had much to say--or maybe it's that I have too much to say. That can be hard to sift through

i once drew a picture of a silhouet of a person standing in a doorway filled with darkness, and captioned it, "Lord, i stand here at the doorway [to the rest of my life] with ambitions as empty as my silhouet."

sometimes i still feel like that holds true, but sometimes i realize that i have moved on even since then, and i will still in bigger ways, maybe just not right now.
