Along with most of fandom I am somewhere between heartbroken and incredibly angry about what Avos have done to delicious.com...

It's rubbish though, I ought to have posted yesterday to share my excitement at a British Gold/Silver in the 10,000m at the European Athletics Championships <3 because it really was a beautiful thing!
