Spent a happy hour this after wrapping presents & listening to Christmas music. Of course they're not presents from me (Santa's visiting the museum on Saturday) so my own personal state of preparedness for Christmas is still hovering barely above zero but it was fun all the same ( Read more... )

Today has been very long but pretty great all the same.

Nice service this morning and we sang Wood's Expectans Expectavi which I'd not heard before we started learning but which is beautiful.

Then there was stew & dumplings for lunch <3 before rushing out to the Christingle. The Rainbows behaved beautifully and not a sweet was eaten till the end ( Read more... )

So apparently I am now going to two plays in the Harold Pinter Theatre before the end of the year... I wish they'd stop putting good plays on there because I HATE IT. I'm not even exaggerating. It's uncomfortable, the sight lines are dreadful, there are pillars everywhere, the balcony is so steep it sets off my vertigo and it's just HORRIBLE. Also ( Read more... )

I broke my charger cable again, basically I suck at sitting still with my laptop so it always gets yanked about and now my charge is about to go and I ordered a new charger but... well it's not here yet. We'll see if I get this art posted before the charge goes.

Actually found myself watching Procrastination the Musical earlier whilst procrastinating... I'm turning into some kind of awful cliche *sighs*

My parents, meanwhile, think I'm sickening for something because I'm not out a single night this week... I'm thinking maybe I should plan a cinema trip just to stop them worrying :-P
