Got loads of Rainbow admin done tonight ahead of the start of term. We're not going back till next week because we've always tried to give the new girls a full week of school because 5 is awfully little for school & new clubs to start all at once BUT I'm now feeling like maybe we're wrong because I just got a somewhat pointed email from another

I laughed so much when I got to the OGE video where Esteban is being told off for swearing - what did they expect when he's surrounded by Aussies? Not to mention their ongoing obsession with cake and ruthlessly exploiting whatever relatives anyone even remotedly connected to the team might have in the area...

Oh I know, nobody could help from swearing when surrounded with that lot!

Cake & any kind of food, did you watch the Tour de France backstage passes? Julian Dean's sections are about 90% scrounging food off fans :D

I'd take the 'presumably' as checking you're following your usual practice while making you aware that there is a church parade.

I'd thank the leader and let them know the new Rainbows will be settled in the pack and prepared to join in the next one.

It might have been that, you're probably right. It became a moot point anyway because I've just been told that we have to be there because they're going to be appealing for new leaders for us (nice of the clergy to warn us!) so it all changed anyway. Never mind!
