It's true. 5 Chinese restaurants, two Thai diners and a Japanese hibachi grill later and San Marcos finally gets it's first Vietnamese "restaurant." I use the term lightly because T^2 (T-Squared) Baguette is basically just a sandwich and a drink shop. You won't find any pho on their menu, but they have quite the drink selection.
