I’ve really been thinking about the idea of getting a bicycle and using it (to start with) for shorter errands and trips. Well, I got some big news coming this week so keep posted. Besides that, it’s been a crazy day, but wanted to update ya’ll with my weigh in this week. In less than a month I’ve gone from 184 to 169 as of this morning. So, I’m feeling pretty good. 13 lbs, not bad, and my daily menu is more healthy. Okay, starting this week (with the visit to the Aikido class) I’ve been looking at ways to get more active. I hit the local half Price Book and used the last of my gift card to get a bunch of DvDs.
