Friday night I dutifully marched out to the local theatre with falfax, jimberly, looking_askance, anarkistdream, cadence1, R, C2, Brickman, and Weems. The bottom-line: Grindhouse is the most mind-blowingly refreshing attack on mainstream cinema of the past 12 years; Four and a half stars out of 5 for the film, and 5 stars for theatrical exhibition presentation without question.
