Ok! So.

Last Sunday I climbed Mt. Daisen! It was pretty painful, but we made it to the top in three and half hours. The average is three, so I was pretty pleased :D Also it was such a beautiful Autumn day, it was the perfect weather for it! And the sky was mostly clear, so there were just a few puffy clouds around. The view was amazing~

It's crazy, did you know they don't have self-raising flour in Japan?

This shocks me almost as much as the US not having electric kettles (though I'm not sure anything can beat that.)

Anyway, hope it turns out okay. On Wednesday night I think I'll make an earl grey cake...
