Ok! So.
Last Sunday I climbed Mt. Daisen! It was pretty painful, but we made it to the top in three and half hours. The average is three, so I was pretty pleased :D Also it was such a beautiful Autumn day, it was the perfect weather for it! And the sky was mostly clear, so there were just a few puffy clouds around. The view was amazing~
Our target was that peak on the top right!
It started off gentle...
And quickly got very steep! Clouds!
ABOVE THE CLOUDS.
Okay, bad picture. BUT I DID IT.
Haha, this made me laugh.
We went down a different route via this shrine~
I took SO many more pictures, they're all on facebook though.
And it's four days later, and my legs are still killing me. ;_; It's not quite so bad now, it's ignorable :p Tuesday was absolutely hideous, I almost couldn't bring myself to walk downstairs... which was kind of awkward at school.
Anyway. Still in the process of trying to get a ticket to Gackt's Hiroshima show. I'll find out on Monday if I've been successful this second attempt...
Also! Randomly discovered that The Back Horn are playing on Yonago at the beginning of next month, so definitely going to try and get tickets for that. I still really want to see miyavi, but I doubt he'll tour again before I leave :( And he did his London show just after I left for Japan. Bah. Also want to see UVERworld, but they seem to playing, like, 5 places in the whole country.
Made flapjack yesterday~~ kind of an expensive process here, and I had to substitute the golden syrup for maple, but it still worked well.
Yay, nearly the weekend~
