"It’s very simple." His smile widened, teeth glinting. "With just a small fee up front, and low monthly payments, you too can have a place in heaven." He whipped around, his cape fluttering behind him. "Who will be there with me...in PARADISE?"
A hand shot up in the air and waved frantically.
"Oh, pick-me-pick-me!" Lirin nearly fell out of her chair. Kou grabbed the back of her shirt before she could run up to the front.
Doku tapped his shoulder. "Why are we here again?"
"He said it would be a free vacation." Kou rolled his eyes. "Live and learn."
