Very short workday.I only worked 10:30-1:30. Weird show schedule. 4 shamu shows but not too busy. Today was the last day of the summer season at Sea World. We will be open this Friday thru Sun. And next weekend Fri-Mon for Labor Day weekend. After that we are only open Sat and Sun until Thanksgiving and that's our last weekend. I so need the rest. ( Read more... )

Damn insurance company! Looks like they are not going to cover Dr. Kempf, even though he is on the provider list. I got a statement saying exceeds plans definition of usual and customary. I got my paper work in the mail from the insurance company. Trust me I am very grateful that they have agreed to pay for my treatment but let me show you what I find very concerning. I'm eating much healthier. I'm trying not to eat breads and potatoes as much (which I love!). Made homemade mashed potatoes and cream gravy with pork chops and a salad tonight though.
