The house is clean! Yay! All except Ed's room (the computer room). He's got stuff all over the place. When we painted our bedroom we moved all of our clothes and furniture into the other 2 rooms. Ed and I just spent the last 3 or so hours cleaning house. This is the cleanest it's been in a loooong time. It's not that I don't clean, I just don't always get into the corners, or scrub the bathroom (floor, walls, etc) to get the sticky hairspray residue off. A day well spent cleaning the house. Then the washer stopped working. It had a comforter in it and it was full of water and soap. And it's a front load machine. Luckily Edward was able to take it apart and lo and behold there was Aurra's collar. It seems to be working fine now ( Read more... )

When Ed got up this morning 4 out of 5 puppies were out of the box and wandering about the kitchen. Either we're going to have to get a different box or just eliminate the box altogether. I'm thinking we should ditch the box and just let them sleep on the floor on blankets like Obi and Aurra. They can't get out of the kitchen because of the doggie ( Read more... )

I don't feel compelled to do anything today. I'm still in my night gown. I finally brushed my teeth. Ugh. Felt like crap today. Stomach upset. Was in and out of the bathroom all morning. Decided while I was in there I needed to clean it. It's been a while. It was horrific. Did all the laundry and even put away the laundry that was already done. Why is it that as soon as I start the last load I always find one of Edward's shirts that didn't make it into the dirty basket? That irks me to no end.
