Sunday i visited my friend Jeffy at Kootenai Memorial. Saturday night he wiped out on his scooter, getting a compound fracture in his ankle. Poor guy, he's in alot of pain. It's likely he'll be off work for the next 6-8 weeks. What a way to start off the summer ( Read more... )

Felt a bit hungover for most of the day. Lazed around the house then went out to buy some grit for my dad's quail. So about 3 weeks or so ago i set up my Triops mini aquarium for the first time. Triops are crustaceans that look like miniature horseshoe crabs. The booklet said they would hatch in 1 to 2 days. it was pretty nice out today so i decided to get my scooter going. it's sat all winter so i had to kick start it, but once i got it going it never cut out. i took it for a good ride around the neighborhood and downtown. cool beans!
