Doesn't time fly....
It's been over 9 months since I was last here - far too long! My return was triggered off by a PM I received today from Jan -
holmesfan - via BookCrossing who is visiting Oxford later this year, and had wondered why she hadn't seen any journal entries from me - simple, I haven't been here!
Another reason I cam back today is I remembered posting my White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake
recipe here a while back - just as well I did because I can't find it anywhere else! I'm baking some today to put in the freezer for a party I'm catering for in a couple of weeks time.
Hope everyone is OK - It's going to be impossible to catch up so I'll just start reading journals from here on....if I have any 'friends' left on here of course after all this time!
