I've finally given in.....
........I've opened a Facebook account! I needed an account to do some testing on the public pcs in our libraries but...wow! it's so addictive!
I love it!
I've discovered the Open University network, which I've joined - and found that we already have a group for my local OU Students Association in Oxford, Abingdon and Witney (I seem to remember someone mentioning it...)....and after I posted in the events calendar, seem to have attracted a few more students who will hopefully turn up to the pub night next week.
I've found some other interesting groups
...Book Jumping with Tursday Next this was a must-join group for me!
