some slight explanations of tokyo's geography and train system

Got the information for this year's JLPT! It's going to be in Yoyogi. That's on Yamanote and Chuo lines on the west side of Tokyo BTW (Yamanote being the best line ever because it is a circle going around the city, and Chuo being a (mostly) straight line from left to right across the city).

If I can I will try to stay with Leah.. don't know if she's still out on the Keio line but if so it's a pretty good location.... I'd have to change trains in Shinjuku anyway and both Yamanote & Chuo go through Shinjuku (Shinjuku is the exact west-most spot of the Yamanote circle where the Chuo straight line cuts across). If I can't stay with Leah I will probably just go to the same old shady hotel in Ikebukuro where I always used to stay lol. Ikebukuro is on the Yamanote line north of Shinjuku and it's not too far from Yoyogi (actually it's a heck of a lot closer than Leah's place). And of course you know what else is near Yoyogi.... Harajuku <3 mwahaha. I should go to the Mighty Soxer and buy insane socks. Or go across the city on the Chuo line and stop through Ichigaya to see the building where I did study abroad in 2006.... and then go to Ochanomizu and Akihabara.... *cough*imanerd*cough*

This is a side-comment, but on the form, it says かんふぁれんするーむ.... man I don't know why but it confuses me so badly when katakana words are written in hiragana D: why must people do this?!

I haven't been studying much Japanese lately T_____T but I am just starting to read Alice in Wonderland in Japanese. I kept thinking about Alice because of the manga and my Halloween costume and I wanted to read it again (but this is the first time in Japanese).
