I got the job! My first day of work is this Saturday from 3-8:30, and my mom and grandma are all freaked out about me walking back across campus after dark. It's not that I don't understand, but I wish they'd let me exercise my own judgement about these things. Mom was bemoaning that I don't have common sense. Whatever! I do have common sense, I just don't like them thinking they still can tell me what to do when I'm OVER AN HOUR AWAY.
I'll have the room to myself this weekend because Cassandra is going home to Modesto and basically everyone else is going home too. It'll be nice, but a bit lonely. That's why I'm glad I have a job to take up some of my time.
Green Day is coming out with their 7th album. I kinda want to buy it, but the last one I bought of them wasn't my favorite, you know? Still, the songs weren't all that bad. Now, a bit of trivia. Who can name all their albums (in order), including the newest one to be released? No cheating now, strictly memory!
