Last night when I went to bed, D Kitty did not join me as he usually does. I think he was still busy playing. So, after I’d been in bed a while reading all the sudden I see a largish white furry objection flying through the air towards me and WHAP he landed full speed, not on the bed as he usually does, but on my boobs. I have a pair of jeans with a drawstring that I’ve worn many times. Guess cat didn’t notice them until this morning when I was getting dressed. He took one look, thought TOY!!! and was on his hind legs batting at my drawstrings in the blink of an eye. I couldn’t tell him to get down. All I could do was laugh. Between night before last and yesterday evening, D Kitty totally wore himself out. He was just a big ol’ immoveable lump on the bed last night. Fortunately that meant he left me alone and we both got plenty of sleep. Also got the baking done and boss’s day breakfast went very well this morning.

I am so exhausted it hurts. See, D Kitty is afraid of rain and thunder and lightening and last night was all about rain and thunder and lightening so he woke me up about every 15 minutes, poking me, meowing at me, standing on me, whatever it took to get me awake to pet him and/or hold him.
