Last night’s dinner: I was out of chicken breast and didn’t want salmon for a second meal yesterday, so I had a salad made of lettuce, turkey breast and garlic jack cheese. It was pretty good, especially since I don’t usually like turkey.

Then around 10ish I was so hungry I actually got a headache. I ate about half a cup of High Protein Special K and felt better physically, but also felt guilty.

Today’s lunch: Broccoli, red pepper and red onion salad; lettuce, bleu cheese, strawberry and almond salad and parmesan, lemon & dill crusted salmon.

I have some super lean pork filets/chops at home that I might cook for dinner and have with another salad.

Yesterday a couple of people at work told me I look like I’ve lost a lot of weight in my hips. Whee. I am trying to find an incentive outfit to give me more willpower. I’ve looked online at Ann Taylor Loft, Dillard’s, Kohl’s and even April Cornell (which I love) and can’t find much. Any ideas, flist?
