Apparently it is. It seems to be accompanying the dark-haired woman that's just entered the bar, flashing leg through the slits in her dress with each swaying step. If a patron managed to stop staring at her long enough, they'd see that the music is actually coming from the door into the bar, which hasn't closed fully.
But nobody's ever really capable of stopping staring at Cha Song Joo.
