It's been a couple weeks since the night Runner came in from the fight with Rick.
He's been hanging out, spending some time with Kate, and resting. The bruises are healed, but his ribs are still tender, and Runner's been more than glad for the pain killers the doctor gave him.
Downstairs tonight, Runner is taking it easy, enjoying dinner and a beer at a table.
He's in no rush to get home, and enjoying the vacation time he's been given. It may not be under the best circumstances, but Runner's really not complaining.
