Tiwa, Jane Austen-Changeling OC, Becoming Jane-after the London Visit-At the Jukebox and a Table

Jun 23, 2011 00:57

Lately New Zealand seems to be having the worst sort of luck, earthquakes, fires, all sorts of pain and its weighing on everyone. Tiwa's feeling as if the mortal world is trying to pull her into the ground and its wearing her down.

When Milliways showed up in the university library, she slipped through and went for the jukebox.

Her shoes are off to the side and she's just touching the ground as the music changes genre and world every few moments from Hank Williams to Ska to Les Mis to Rammstein and then something that sounds like burps in chorus.

She's yet to leave the front of the jukebox but she moves to whatever's playing and sometimes sings along.

It has been two days since Jane left London and a day since she arrived in Plymouth to visit with her sister. She has not been a proper guest but Cassandra is kind and asks little of her except that she eat and allow herself to be cared for. It is not enough and Jane finds her thoughts straying again to that harsh morning and knows that she may never see Tom again.

Milliways is a surprise and she is not sure if it is a welcome one and orders a pot of tea to drink as she considers. At least here she will not meet with Tom, which is a small blessing.

(OOC: More pups may follow later and this is open until the next one.)
