Where Did My Summer Go?
So I'm back at Towson University, I have been for about three weeks now. These are the classes I have:
Creative Writing: We're writing a lof of poetry and it's kind of bugging me because I'm a fiction writer. However it's interesting to see what I can come up with. I feel a little insecured in this class because we read a lot of things aloud and so many people have better things than me. However Professor Reese liked my metaphor for death so that's a start. XD
Intro to Political Science: This. Class. Has. So. Many. Lame. Reading. IDGAF what Plato or Aristotle think about Politics. I'd rather read Aristotle's opinion on the elements of tragedy and comedy in Theatre.
Theatre History III: I love this class so much. I really do. It's so much fun to be in a class with people in the Theatre department, and we all clown around in class together and it's a really calm warm environment.
BUT I really HATE the pace that my Professor teaches at. We JUST finished reading a play, barely got to talk about it, and NOW we have to have another play read by Monday, and an analysis for it and ANOTHER play read by Wednesday. CAN I BREATHE?
Japanese 301: I should have studied over the summer. I'm forgetting basic things and it's getting on my nerves. It'll probably take me awhile to get back into things.
Intro to American Theatre: This class is fun as well. My Professor is pretty fun. I'm the only Theatre major in the class because it's not a requirement for us but since I'm going to be in school for another three years (I'm not in the Acting Department yet) I might as well take what I want in addition to the required courses.
I have so much fucking reading to do everything sucks rn. I don't even know if I'm going to be able to join Allure Dance Troupe this year due to my workload.
I'll probably make another post about what I did this summer later. XD
