Well...
Here I was excited to actually get to talk to Kevin today, he was semi-responsive to texts though it really wasn't happening in the middle of the day. My bus was too full for me to be like, okay I'll call him but I guess it was for the best since he was wanting to be a loner.
Getting drunk, playing WoW, watching movies and passing out were on his docket. I had asked him if he wanted to do anything with me in-game and he said no. I left it at that. I left his bag in the fridge in the building. Not even sure I'll count that toward a birthday gift or not. He didn't want anything for his birthday so... I guess come Sunday I'll just wish him a happy birthday? What do I even do with that? No wish? Wish? I don't know.
I guess I'll just go back to letting him have his alone time and space. I hate not being able to help or do anything but we all have these times. I just have to be patient and stay available even though it's incredulously unfair to me. But that's my life, I guess.
I shouldn't fuss or worry about it but I honestly can't help it. But it is what it is and such is life.
Wainwright was fine yesterday. A little busy at the start, steady throughout the day. Patrick seemed really chill though not really someone I'd want to sit with regularly. I'm surprised they pulled him from Day 1 to cover breaks/lunches between my building and another.
I was really bummed when I got home. I went to Trader Joe's and got foods. Some healthy, some a little less but I think since I've been taking my myoleptin CLA I haven't been having the urge to binge eat or eat too much. So I think the control will be there.
Got home, ended up getting on WoW after kind of trying to decide if I even wanted to. Ended up doing PvP in the quest zone in Brill against Sunfury but half my group did quests and then we got in different phases and out of the phase with the Horde. Either way, we got stuff done. Ibado hopped on Discord and Vark, Raxxis and I all played Codenames. Was a good time. Spirits lifted a bit.
Worked in Nitro N this morning. It was busy, delightfully so. Got to work with Ariam which was super nice. Good personality and nice to be around. I got asked if I wanted another morning ET shift and I said yes, so I'll be there again tomorrow.
Feeling pretty ambivilant.
